Her diet is balanced with a healthy mix of carbohydrates and proteins.Wonder how she manages to stay slim and fit all the time? For the uninitiated, Deepika is a die-hard foodie and doesn’t believe in skipping meals in order to get a lean frame. Deepika takes three meals a day and considers breakfast as the most important and the heaviest meal. She keeps all the three meals balanced and simple.
Breakfast
She starts her day with fruits instead of coffee,low-fat milk,two egg whites, and dosa or upma. She avoids the aloo with her dosa and prefers pudina chutney over coconut chutney, and bhajiya is the favorite of deepika padukone.
Lunch
A bowl of dal, vegetables, one chapati with chicken or grilled fish,slad is the favorute for lunch for health.
Dinner
Deepika avoids eating heavy and prefers eating salads and roti to obtain maximum nutrition, but she is crazy for salat in dinner time.
Between her meals, Deepika likes to eat seasonal fruits and drink fresh fruit juices and coconut water to keep hydrated,one tomato every day.
